Description of Services
Airport Assistance:
Meet and Greet are only available to provide at the exit of groups in domestic or international arrivals, support , we include the baggage handle depending of the amount of them max 3 per agent, escorting to your transportation and flight connections.
Access to exclusive services such as VIP lounges, subject to airport availability and conditions and previously booking.
Currency Exchange:
Secure foreign currency conversion with competitive rates and transparent procedures, we accept payments by credit/debit card and you can to withdraw in any ATM of BBVA and Santander or our agent can give to you upon meeting.
Personalized Attention:
The responsability is of the customer to request all the needs that they could will need of our services and if there's any special request. We provide tailored solutions to meet your travel needs, including transportation, itinerary coordination, and other premium services.
Shuttle services:
Some of our transfer services are booked with trusted third parties, however we have limited liability for these. We strive to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism to meet our clients' standards.
General Terms of Use
Availability: Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance to ensure proper fulfillment.
Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate information, including name, flight details, and specific requirements.
Third-Party Policies: Some services may be governed by specific rules from airports or commercial partners; it is the client’s responsibility to comply with them.
Client Responsibilities
Arrive punctually at the agreed-upon times and meeting points.
Provide all necessary documentation, such as tickets, passports, identification, and other required items.
Notify any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Liability Limitations
T&J Airport Concierge Services is not responsible for:
Changes, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, airport authorities, or external conditions beyond our control.
Loss, theft, or damage to client belongings outside the direct scope of the contracted services.
Consequences arising from the client’s lack of proper documentation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to penalty fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within up to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
No refundable if we provide any of our services.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or cancel contracted services in cases of force majeure, notifications from authorities, or operational reasons, while striving to provide alternative solutions for the client.
