Some time ago, our founder traveled to Thailand for the first time, full of excitement to explore a completely new place—its vibrant culture, breathtaking landscapes, and the warmth of its people. But as often happens when visiting a country for the first time, there were a few unexpected challenges.

The flight to Chiang Mai was delayed, and when he finally landed, the airport was packed with travelers all looking for transportation. The demand was so high that they spent a long time waiting for a taxi, without success. In the end, they used an app like Grab. While they did make it to our destination, one thing was clear: as a traveler, you want more than just a ride.
